Haven't posted since... November 2009. Nice!

Enjoying the road trip to Moose Jaw, Saskatoon, North Battleford (pictured), Edmonton, Drumheller and Calgary...

I fell coming off the train and broke my leg (fibula)on Friday, June 11th, 2010. I was taken by ambulance to the University of Alberta Hospital and had surgery on Saturday, June 12th. I had a plate and screws put into my bone

Didn't make it to West Edmonton Mall, Drumheller, or Calgary. Instead this is me, 24 hours post-op, in our hotel.

Beej had to drive the 13 hours home. We got out periodically to prevent blood clots. :P

Half-cast #2.

Real cast #1. One week.

Real cast #2. Three weeks.

Artist's (my) rendition of my leg after cast #2 came off. It was not pretty. Real photos available upon request. ;)

How I feel. Well it is getting better. :P I have been working from home since July 5th and go back into the office on August 19th.

What an experience!

The one of my leg is all me.
The second one is Scuzzlebutt from SouthPark, except my leg isn't Patrick Duffy, it is Brett Favre.
